At Fragnic (www.fragnic.co), we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. However, because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the perfume bottle is broken or leaking upon delivery.
- Wrong Item: If you received a different fragrance or size than what you ordered.
- Defective Spray: If the spray pump is not functioning properly.
Note: Returns are NOT accepted based on “change of mind” or “disliking the fragrance notes.” We recommend checking the scent description carefully before purchasing.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect against fraudulent claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
- The video should start from the sealed courier bag.
- It must clearly show the label and the damage/defect.
- Without a valid unboxing video, your return request will not be entertained.
4. Return Process
- Request: Email us at fragnicperfume@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8178099669 with your Order ID and the unboxing video.
- Approval: Once our team reviews the video and approves the request, we will initiate a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or ask you to ship it back.
- Replacement/Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a fresh replacement or process a refund as per your preference.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased during a Sale or using a Discount Code.
- Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed (used).
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged by the customer.
