Thank you for choosing Fragnic (www.fragnic.co). We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • ​All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • ​Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • ​If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during sales or festivals), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer delivery across India. Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
    • Metros: 2-4 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
  • Note: Since perfumes contain alcohol/liquids, they are classified as “Dangerous Goods” by courier companies and must be transported via Surface (Road). This may cause slight delays compared to regular air-shipped parcels.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • ​Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s).
  • ​The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • ​We offer COD services to most pin codes in India.
  • ​Please ensure you are available to receive the package and have the exact cash amount ready to avoid delivery failure.
  • ​Repeated COD cancellations may lead to the suspension of the COD facility for your account.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Fragnic is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the customer provides an incorrect address.
  • ​If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at +91-8178099669 or email fragnicperfume@gmail.com.
  • Important: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim any compensation for transit damage.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

  • ​Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
  • ​If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may be charged to send it again.

7. International Shipping

  • ​Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
