- Product Range: Our collection includes both Alcohol-Free (Perfume Oils/Attars) and Alcohol-Based (EDP/Sprays) products. Please read the specific product description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your preference.
- Accuracy of Fragrance: While we strive to describe scent notes accurately, the perception of fragrance can vary based on individual body chemistry and environmental factors.
- Safety Warning: Some individuals may be sensitive to certain fragrance ingredients or alcohol. We strongly recommend performing a “Patch Test” on a small area of skin before full use. Fragnic is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritations.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
- Mode of Transport: Due to the liquid and flammable nature of perfumes (especially alcohol-based sprays), orders are often shipped via surface transport, which may take longer than air shipping.
4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
- Returns: Due to hygiene and the nature of liquid products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfumes.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A clear Unboxing Video is mandatory to process any claims for transit damage or missing items.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and various online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
- In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
6. Governing Law
- Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
