Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fragnic (www.fragnic.co), we strive to provide you with the highest quality fragrances. Since our products are personal care items, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or until it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel, please call/WhatsApp us at +91-8178099669 or email fragnicperfume@gmail.com.

2. Returns and Exchange

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of perfumes (liquid and personal care), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken or the perfume has been sprayed.
  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted if:
    • ​You received a physically damaged product.
    • ​You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
    • ​There are missing items in your package.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • ​To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or missing items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
  • ​The video must show the sealed package being opened and the defect/damage clearly. Without a video, we will not be able to process your request.
  • ​Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item and the unboxing video, our team will inspect it.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Timeline: For online payments, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer to the details provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • ​Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • ​If a return is picked up by us due to our error (wrong/damaged product), no additional shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
